Avoid working here - Analyst SMRTL Employee Review

SMRTL is the most toxic environment I have worked in. Many employees enjoy gossip, bullying, and engage in other unprofessional behavior. And it would seem that the job is less important than popularity. It’s not a place I would recommend unless that is activity you prefer to engage in. It’s surprising there aren’t more bad reviews as, during my time there, I saw many employees get bullied out of their positions there. There is also some notable nepotism.
