Pros
Great new intranet page. Management is responsive to feedback. Clear organization structure. Many avenues for growth in the firm and it is strongly encouraged. The company is very transparent holding quarterly fireside chats to update on financial performance, backlog, etc. Fiscally sound company and easy going atmosphere.
Cons
Tough to find good help and as a result there can be a shortage of resources on some projects.
