      Great bunch of people to work with. Good pay. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Corporate employees don't have the power to do anything, owner is very fickle. Bad actors are given too much power that costs the company on both morale and the bottom line.

      Pros

      It can be good at first but the ones that stay or don’t get fired are the ones that aren’t in the corporate clique.

      Cons

      Corporate staff are all gossipers, owner changes his mind about everything, marketing director acts like she’s everyone’s boss. Operations or HR or whatever you call her takes forever to interview people for sites. Workload is too much and nothing is consistent
