      Lots of opportunities to learn because you are constantly expected to pick up extra work and will not be offered a salary increase for it. Lots of sexism, bullying and quiet firing happening.

      Very old school and operate like a start-up with very lean headcount, feel like there is no progression as there is only 1 -2 person in every departments.
