Career progression is so limited that people stay in same roles at least ten years, on average. Individual groups do as they please with no regard of company-wide policy. Managers are so fixed on a certain mindset that there is no diversity and inclusion. People like to talk badly about others’ compensation and performance behind their backs. Go somewhere else where they value your skills and experience.
