Pros
Flexible schedule, decent pay when there is work, Friendly and helpful management, educational and certification opportunities. The work is fun and there is tremendous varity in your days.
Cons
Very inconsistent work. For contractors, sometimes there is no work for days or even weeks. They will not notify you, you are required to be available for work every day and log in to the system by 8 am to check every day. Also the amount and methods of record keeping and documentation required are frustrating.
