      OpCon has surprised me, after 30 years in IT, I can say with honesty that it is the most stable, reliable, scalable, creative, performance optimised piece of automation software that I have used. It is a pleasure to work for SMA and be confident in the product and the people.

      Wonderful team, management and cross-functional teams. Very friendly and fun group to (remote) work with on a daily basis. The best team I have been on in my 30 year career. Awesome culture.
