Pros
Process oriented and good for freshers as they mainly run on freshers and they will recruit more freshers .
Cons
Very less standard of salary , un usual timings , Un professional way / threatening to people to extend notice period . Daily extended hours almost all the weekdays and weekend work is more for internal project . No value for employees. More over unprofessional manager and regional feelings will be raised by few managers and will target personally
