Well, if you fit in to the good team and you are workaholic and get the job done then you are a king . Opportunities will be decided based your performance . CEOs effort towards growth is immense. Transport Facility is really good and everyone will appreciate that. Management trying to push hard to cope up with current trends.
Cons
Well, it depends on which team . Hectic and work life balance is not in your reach. If you work hard and you will be forced to work more . Travel opportunities are limited. HR ‘s are really good at there job ,so 50 out of 100 will not join because of there mediocracy . Getting offer from Slk is like battling for the life . Infrastructure with regards to facility is good but needs improvement as new office work station is little clumsy. IT team is really good, getting your computer set up is like getting United Nation union to sigh the international petition on something which nobody knows. Formal attire is compulsory, I agree . But management needs to understand how it irritates to travel with formal that top hours of bus journey . There are few senior members , some are really good at what they are doing and others , well I don’t mind .
