Pros
Lots of international travel opportunities if you're interested, although you're generally not offered a choice of where and when to move, so you have be be very flexible
Cons
Pressure cooker environment, not conducive to work-life balance. Employees are generally automatically promoted to management after 5 years which is good for career growth, but doesn't always mean that your manager will be perfectly suited for that role.
