Cons
Extremely poor/nonexistent leadership; lacking in fair treatment of employees. Pure, "Numbers" focus drives motivations of managment. Management are more focused on protecting their own positions rather than following through with taking care of their employees. Its a typical, "Who you know" environment. Poor leadership and lack of accountability have allowed for the manipulation of management by subordinate employees; results in ignoring the ones who actually are towing the line and doing the work. Lack of, or, "selective" accountability is rampant among these tribal groups of employees. For example; newer employees have jumped chain of command to manipulate upper management; finding a find a way out of either doing work or being held accountable by their direct supervisors. Once the position is reached, Mid-Management has been made "Bulletproof"; unaccountable for even blatantly poor performance. Our managers' boss, while aware of the problem, did nothing to correct this inappropriate behavior. Therefore huge gaps exist in what the expected behavior in their touted, "Blue Print" rules of integrity and how it is actually applied.
