      Good benefits, pay, progression and training

      Cons

      Can at times be toxic with bullying in the workplace. People bad mouthing each other behind each other backs is very common. Unrealistic workloads are a common thing, its not uncommon to see people working 40hrs plus without a break and be none directly expected to do so yourself.

      Pros

      Actually a pretty good company to work for. Good work-life balance and management was always friendly and professional. Time off was always approved and was encouraged to take. The pay was also pretty good and hybrid work was also great.

      Cons

      Was laid off after I was forced to train my replacement for cheaper labor in Colombia. Also the system to promote employees is so difficult and convoluted to work with. Continuous changes/updates made it almost impossible to "go to the next level".
