Work life balance, poor salary, increasing sales targets with increased hoops to jump through to earn bonus. Poor additional incentives, management who either lie, bully, demorolise or degrade you, systems constantly going wrong, box ticking on things like equality etc but don't really mean what they preach. Oh, AND THEY ARE MAKING OVER 2000 PEOPLE REDUNDANT TO CUT COSTS BY USING OFF SHORE CALL CENTRES.
