IT was good feeling working at SKNL till one year back... but then when the management has started neglecting looking into employees problems...

One person (RK) handling accounts acts as if he owns the company.. and have only one answer to all employees queries for Bonus and pending salary payments.. go and speak to the management... and another HR head (SN) who is simply interested in watching videos, long conversations over the phone in the office corridors..going out of the offices frequently and changing his office timing by manipulating the attendance system...someone make him understand ..apart from personal works and conversations SOMETIMES YOU SHOULD PUT TIME FOR OFFICE WORKS ALSO...

There is no clear business objectives. There is a tendency to drag on the project. Undue importance is given to the retired personnel who are appointed. They have no interest in the company.
