Pros

Perfect place for those lacking morals, ethics, or professionalism and prefer antiquated marketing practices which do not yield results.

Cons

They over charge clients, double charge clients, refuse to report returns, fail at executing basic marketing tasks necessary to any successful campaign. Billing is complex and more often than not, incorrect. They prey on clients who don't understand marketing, and blindly trust those seeking nothing more than a paycheck. Don't take a job here, find honest work. Don't EVER hire this company, you'd be better off tossing your marketing/ad budget in a bonfire and watching it burn....at least you will see where your money is going then.

Great internship, learned a lot. Was able to be involved with several different aspects of various marketing campaigns from start to finish. Everyone was very nice, welcoming, and helpful.

Cons

Pros

Location is close to stores and things to do on lunch

Cons

Upper management is absolutely horrific and reward some workers constantly, while ignoring the stellar work of others consistently. Trying to have professional conversations about growth and career vision with managers is a nightmare. I've never worked at a place with poorer communication between departments and the clients suffer as a result. A lot of the company employees are either related to high powered people at the company or they all went to high school together and only look out for each other. There are many people in high positions who are clearly not qualified, while other employees struggle to get standard raises or even a path for success. They will take advantage of hard workers until it is too late to alleviate the situation.
