Pros
No pros that I can think of.
Cons
-Toxic OT culture, no work-life balance. Too much work to juggle at once as company is severely shorthanded. Forget about getting off work on time or making after-work plans because most, if not all the time, you'd have to leave only after you've completed your work to submit by deadline. Everyday is like chasing deadlines. The influx of work is never ending so even when you finish one project, you'd be rushing the next. At the end of the day, you'd be very exhausted. -All is lip service as lady boss said she'd always encourage employees to not OT but look around, all of them are still overworking and not because they're unproductive but there's simply an overload of work juggled by too little employees. -Even after putting in time and effort to finish my work, the head questioned in an interrogative and passive aggressive tone. When work is done, you'd be questioned, being compared to other colleagues, why was it not done faster and better. -Lady boss seemed quite nice at first but turned out to be a facade as she was rude when things didn't go her way. -Very limited food options around the area and food is overpriced yet doesn't taste good. Bottom line: work here if you are totally ok with uncompensated OT all the time, insane amount of workload and being managed by a micro-managing paggro head. This is the real reason why the employee turnover rate is high.
