Pros

Some teams and people are great to work with and want to make a difference Very good Recruiting Good benefits ok Salaries

Cons

You get the feeling that people want to look busy more than do work HR wise, besides recruiting, the overall experience is not good , basic pay and benefits errors are common and it's all managed via a ticketing system that is very slow which is definitely not something that you want to deal with when you have pay issues. Very limited flexibility, CEO would abolish telecommuting if he could. Comically overcrowded office

Pros

The Seattle office of OnAir has a wealth of talented, highly motivated, tech-savvy individuals who produce high-quality work on a very tight budget with some occasionally seriously tight time constraints.

Cons

Because it is a small company, it has a limited budget within which to operate. Be prepared to wear more than one hat if you want to work there.

Pros

There are some talented and motivated people working at OnAir. The diversity of work provides ample opportunities to explore different roles and technologies.

Cons

Transcontinental communication and coordination of efforts were a challenge. The accumulation of technical debt was always a concern, with such a small workforce.
