Pros
I am lucky enough to be placed on very supportive division, that throughout the years were able to be complimenting each other. I was able to learn within my field and other on my own, with encouragement from my senior. - Was quite good with the work-life-balance.
Cons
- No career path whatsoever, which kind of alarming. - No appreciation from upper division or any related division, although blood, sweat, and tears has given.
