Few test project in the pipeline so expect project basis only.
As a lead you be on top of you game so expect that you would have to burn more hours than non-lead role.
A nice team, beautiful offices and facilities, great location.

Extremely corporate culture. Very little upward progression, no care taken to maintain talent in the company - a constant rotating door of all departments aside from upper management.
