Pros

Work life balance and manageable workload. There are nice and fun activities organise by HR for younger generation. Nice office with gym and recreational corners for us. Good benefits. There are opportunities to learn and have exchange from international colleagues.

Cons

Not a vibrant innovative environment with a lot of mature engineers than the younger engineers. Senior often think they know it all or know it best. Lack challenging innovation for young people to solve. Too many seniors and hard to see career progression in R&D. Lack innovation break through, lack innovation purpose and a sense of achievement in innovation. R&D Director and leadership in this organisation is unclear. During my internship, I met R&D Head who has a lot of passionate in invention and tell us why that is important for the market. Over here, the innovation communication to inspire us as young engineers are lacking. Slow product development progress.

Pros

Good benefits and the non-executives are good people. You’ll learn a lot in a couple of years so you won’t be bored.

Cons

Non-agile company. Internal processes keep changing/adding up making it the most non-efficient company I’ve worked for. Marching orders coming from Germany and they keep removing support engineers as they want more sales people.
