Pros
If you think working in a company that froze in the '90s is good to learn what mistakes you shouldn't do, this is the place. If you don't what to evolve, this is also a good place.
Cons
Depends on the area you're working, so you can feel this at different levels, but mostly this is a company managed by very poor C levels: no HR skills, no future scope, they just reproduce buzzwords and hope the workers believe they are competent. There are a lot of grey areas and there is a lot of obscurantism in some decisions. There is no work culture neither the flow of information is promoted, and people also don't promote a healthy work environmet - and those who are still there believe those attitudes are normal in a fintech company of the 21st century. There's a big income gap from the top to the mid-level workers. Not to say the brutal difference between the outsourcing employees, whose working conditions are below an acceptable standard.
