Pros
Corporate office is small and there is a good culture of people genuinely caring about each other. They hold many events for group bonding/socializing and are flexible for family/personal things that may come up. Dress code is casual - clean jeans or shorts and sandals are acceptable. Can generally count on a bonus at the end of the year. Vacation time is about average - 10 days for first five years of service, 15 days after five years of service. They do close the corporate office for bad weather, so no driving during snowpocalyse.
Cons
They pay staff at the properties very well, but pay at the corporate office for professional staff is below average for the area. Corporate office is also small (not many positions) so don't bet on moving up the ranks since people at the top have been here for decades and aren't leaving any time soon. Not a good place if you're looking for advancement. In-house record keeping is very behind the times - dozens of excel spreadsheets, a disorganized network drive, and no central data base for reporting. Suggestions to modernize have been met negatively by those at the top.
