Pros
I tried real hard to think of something... nope, nothing.
Cons
1) Never puts customer first - constantly over promises and under delivers, and then puts the blame on the customer requirements.
2) Subpar product not fit for serious brands - look at the trutpilot review to see all the scammers that use the product, and google 'shopify vs shopline'
3) The core problem lies in upper management’s inability to effectively lead and scale the company. Internal politics overshadow sound decision-making, and there’s a culture where employees are treated as replaceable and blamed when things go wrong.
NOTE: Tony Wong is no longer the CEO of the company, it's primarily ran by two co presidents. You can google it.
