Remote( only because I am too far from an office after the mandate was switched to a hybrid schedule).
My schedule has some flexibility.
Cons
You have no say in projects that require weekend and night work. Shift differential is miniscule and it's a salary so long hours sometimes with no real pay increase. Internet expenses are no longer reimbursed

This may be a good place to start in order to gain experience in the industry at the entry level. Beyond that it should be a stepping stone.
Cons
The Glassdoor numbers say a lot. Only 50% of the people who work here would recommend to a friend or colleague. In school, 70% is 1% away from failure. SHI is 20% below failure. To add, 53% of the people who work here have a negative outlook on the company's future. That seems like a trend in the wrong direction. If your career is an investment in your life, that needs to be considered before investing a career into SHI.
