Pros

Work culture is technically good for a sales role. Plenty of time to get past the learning curve.

Cons

Resources are lacking for sales support. Pay is dependent on the accounts you receive. You are somewhat on your own unless placed on a helpful team.

Pros

This may be a good place to start in order to gain experience in the industry at the entry level. Beyond that it should be a stepping stone.

Cons

The Glassdoor numbers say a lot. Only 50% of the people who work here would recommend to a friend or colleague. In school, 70% is 1% away from failure. SHI is 20% below failure. To add, 53% of the people who work here have a negative outlook on the company's future. That seems like a trend in the wrong direction. If your career is an investment in your life, that needs to be considered before investing a career into SHI.
