1) company’s leadership, especially the US leadership lacks vision and creates a toxic work culture by constantly belittling people in open and yelling at them.
2) the small group of top leaders almost behave like high school bullies colluding with each other
3) you’ll struggle to survive, let alone succeed, if you don’t speak Chinese.
4) Sheins compensation is significantly below industry peers
5) Daily late night calls with the China team mean a non existent work life balance. You are expected to be available at all times, including late night and weekends
