- Lack of communication - Zero supervision - No room for personal growth or growth within the agency - Low pay - No support from direct supervision - No training - Lack of ethics and confidentiality when working with clients - Poor customer/client service - No consequence for rude administration - Outdated systems and processes - No regular employee evaluations - No reward system or recognition for positive tasks that align with SHARE's mission - High turnover - Rare staff meetings - Borderline abusive community services director (Extremely rude to clients, staff, very passive aggressive, etc.) - No exit interviewing - Head start and community services programs never work together or interact with each other
