Pros

- Some colleagues are passionate and mission-driven. -Opportunities to work across industry sectors and government-linked initiatives. -Flexibility

Cons

-Senior leadership often prioritizes public image and optics over genuine execution, which can lead to misaligned priorities. -Decision-making can feel top-down with limited space for alternative viewpoints or constructive feedback. -Internal culture leans political, and favoritism can influence opportunities and workload distribution. -Staff turnover is high, with vacated roles sometimes left unfilled, creating heavier workloads for remaining team members. -Targets and forecasts can be overly optimistic, leading to pressure on staff when actual results fall short. -Certain senior leaders enter with a “know-it-all” mindset, focusing on finding faults in other departments’ work rather than collaborating to improve outcomes. -Leadership discussions can sometimes feel one-sided, with a small inner circle reinforcing each other’s criticisms instead of seeking balanced perspectives -Cross-team collaboration is sometimes hindered by finger-pointing, gossip, and lack of consistent conflict resolution, which erodes trust between teams. -Office politics at the senior level can lead to strategic moves that push out experienced leaders, creating instability and loss of institutional knowledge.

Pros

Great team members, many are genuinely keen to make a difference. However, many have left. Almost 1/3 of the company resigned in 2nd half of 2025 alone.

Cons

- Poor leadership primarily concerned with personal PR and public image - Extremely poor financial management, burning through the company's cash reserves for vanity projects that don't create value for members - Toxic culture perpetuated by autocratic and ego-driven big boss - Lack of top leadership integrity
