      None, but if I have to write something...peers, coffee, location...nothing else.

      Cons

      SVP was department problem, high turn over, everyone was thrown under bus for SVP’s lack of knowledge and involvement. Most dysfunctional company I’ve ever been involved with. Geneva never saw SVP as problem only the worker bees.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
