Pros

Good experience for technicians because of the breadth of services offered and the high level of QAQC.

Cons

A very frustrating company to work for at the management level. Highly fragmented within divisions although there is a push as the senior corporate level to standardize across all divisions. Consistently poor decisions made by senior management. No business analytics or consulting of mid managers to support decisions. Decisions still take an exceptionally long time to be made though because of the organizational structure. Very little trust within management. Many bolt-on IT systems which are rolled out before they are user ready. Employee frustration at all operational levels is widespread which contributes to a certain amount of toxicity in the workplace. Senior managers often have no career experience with any other companies so think the disfunctionality is normal. Reputation in the market as not paying well but that depends on where and what position. Limited career growth opportunities unless you are in management.

Plenty of work, decent benefits

Cons

Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
