      Work on your own good pto .

      Sgs dose not give you a car they give you a monthly car allownce which is not enough to pay for your car they give you a alownce for gas which is not enough to pay your gas. wages they pay are really bad . when work is slow they put you on furlough and if they dont have work for you at the end of the end of 8 weeks you are permantly layed off.

      Pros

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
