Pros
The culture is aimed at helping each employee make the most of their time. Although the aim is to keep staff, development path is aimed at both preparing staff to move up, have lateral transfers or be ready for the rigours of their new endeavours outside of the company.
Cons
With an organization this big and structure, decisions tend to take a lot longer to complete. This can be quite frustrating for new bloods who are born to the fast-paced world of the internet.
