If you enjoy having anxiety every time your email goes off, this position is for you! You get very close with all the other people around you who are miserable.

Most likely won't be around in 2 years. Turnover rate is unbelievable. LA office is a pit of drama. There is no HR, there is 0 management. They will throw you to the wolves then get confused on why you aren't succeeding. If you have an interview ask them how long their longest employee has been there, and try not to laugh.

Flexible scheduling after many years of working.

A major disconnect between administration and clinical staff from the pharmacy to nursing care. Focus use to be patient centered and now money is the primary focus. Their "Moto" is to do more work with fewer people and then tell you you aren't doing enough. There are no "raises" outside the cost of living and last year this was held from all employees for over 6 months. They don't have crucial clinical staff needed to care for certain patients (neurology/psychiatry). The facility is antiquated and in desperate need of being cleaned and updated.
