Pros

Permanent contract, healthy insurance, food ticket, more than 30 days of vacation per year.

Cons

The company does not comply with their promises with both employees and customers. During the interview they make you a lot of promises about how they care about your happiness and how great they variable bonuses and benefits are. But in reality there are a lot of abuses there, targets that are impossible to reach, constant excuses to not pay your monthly bonuses. For example: the company charges hundreds of customers"by mistake" and when the customers contact asking for their money back, they make you call them dozens of times per week to say that the company will pay soon. But the company does not pay them for 6 or more months and your day consists in very tough calls receiving insults. You feel burned doing that every day, it's very consuming. On top of that, the company only counts in your performance the first time that you reach out the customer. When you have too many of them, it's not possible to reach the minimum target and they just make very harsh feedbacks in one to one meetings, making you feel terrible, and discounting hundreds of euros from your bonuses. If you complain, they fire you with disciplinary dismissal, so, you can imagine how toxic this place is. People is just miserable there and the amount of sick leave is very high. Save yourself from this place. There's no money in the world that worths it.

Pros

Salary is ok (when paid by the correct date) and that is it.

Cons

The ppl from the HQ seems to only think about keeping their power, do not actually care about the business nor the employees that are not in France. Have a "pueblo" mentality, always protecting their own friends from the area and are not ready to take on the global business environment. You can almost cut the bad climate with a knife, everybody is always scared about some crazy idea coming from Romans, as they think "because it kinda works here, it MUST work in Spain" disregarding any kind of cultural difference that we have. Your opinion is 99% of the time simply ignored by the management, mostly because they can only speak French and the ppl who can actually speak FR and ES holds an immense power in their hand. Very old fashion culture where the boss demands and the employees must do what has been told to do without any type of two-way communication , in addition to that agents are treated like they are 15 years old, where even toilet breaks are controlled.
