Pros
I started at SET SEG right out of college and had an amazing experience. The company went through a lot of growth in the 2.5 years and is constantly trying to improve the experience on the business and the employee side. I had a great work-life balance and the benefits are unmatched (honestly, they are unbelievably good). HR has worked very hard to implement additional services and benefits in recent years (ex: health/wellness counseling, appreciation events, progressive handbook changes). I would have stayed at this company as long as possible if I didn't have some other factors in my personal life impact my decision to leave.
Cons
The only issue here was the amount of space in the office after company growth. Ground has already been broken for a new build though, so there won't be this issue in the future.
