relaxed atmosphere, good shift hours

pay is WAY BELOW what it should be for the work the employees do! management on the floor is under qualified and immature.

SEPSA has good benefits, and is a great starting out place to work. There is a laid back atmosphere and most of the employees are easy to get along with.

Worked here for three years with no raise, most employees haven't seen a raise in over 6 years. There is no room for advancement and no room to grow as an individual.
