Pros

There are some nice employees there, friendly and fun. This is the only pro.

Cons

- Delayed (if they eventually pay) salary payments, - Not structured workflows, half of the time people expect something from you but it just isn't there! - No respect or value for skill, they don't care how good you are at your job or about your additional skills. You will never feel valued. - FinTech managers who don't understand how inflation works or simply don't care. They will try to pay you as little as possible and expect maximum work efficiency. - Constant change in everything. People keep leaving, the vision for the software keeps being changed and not for the better!

Pros

Who needs financial stability when you can enjoy the suspense of "Will I get paid today... or never?" Our management mastered the art of disappearing faster than your salaries on a rainy day. Transparency here is like a magic trick—now you see it, now you don’t (spoiler: it's mostly the latter). Who wouldn’t want to be a background extra in a play where every role is destined to be forgotten?

Cons

Waiting months for your paycheck is more than just unprofessional—it’s outright exploitation. It’s a complete disregard for the basic rights and well-being of your employees. Management’s empty promises and blatant lies were infuriating. Every time they assured us that things would change, it turned out to be nothing but a string of fabricated excuses meant to placate us while they continued to exploit our labor. The work environment was a cesspool of miscommunication, disrespect, and negligence. Employees were treated as disposable assets, with no regard for our financial stability or mental health. The so-called "leaders" have no clue how to run a company, let alone manage the finances or support their staff. Their complete inability to address fundamental issues like salary payments is a glaring example of their incompetence. Every decision was shrouded in secrecy, leaving us in the dark about crucial issues that directly affected our lives. There was no real communication, no accountability—just a constant barrage of lies to keep us compliant. When you’re left in a financial lurch, you expect some level of understanding or a concrete plan to fix the situation. Instead, you get indifference and a culture that treats your struggles as insignificant. The company’s primary concern was lining their pockets and pushing their tech agenda, regardless of the human cost. Your dedication and hard work are exploited, leaving you feeling undervalued and betrayed.
