Pros
The employees were great to work with, and the company had a laid back atmosphere. Early on, learned some new "skills", so that was cool. Working with some of the awesome clients was a blast.
Cons
Leadership is a joke at the top. Owner has absolutely no idea how to run a business. Values were good until owner got involved. Very slow moving for a small business. So cautions, always playing catch up to the rest of the industry. No innovation. Compensation was low in comparison to other similar companies. Everyone is replaceable, or your position can be outsourced, and the owner would tell you that to your face if he ever came to town. Oh, and being told by upper management once that we are a "professional spamming company" summed up pretty much everything.
