Pros

・A good place to practice domestic Japanese culture. ・Senko is challenging the global market. ・Company is kind of fast-paced and they try to build a huge ecosystem inside Senko group. ・They are trying to follow the law of stoping extremely long working hours.

Cons

・Not enough training ・Management, working style, and business are all deeply domestic ・You will face racism and sexual harassment (I think they don`t realize what they are doing) ・They afraid of big and huge people whether He or She(I don`t know why) ・Managers are polite bullies(Whenever I face the communication problem and asking for help from managers, they really don`t forget to mention that I am not Japanese and I have to be patient.) ・Pay is low. (According to 5 holidays per month, The pay is very low to maintain normal spending especially the place like Tokyo and Osaka. Life could be very frugal. If you are married, there will be a little family allowance.) ・You will face extremely low emotional people. ( Maybe the reason is Most of the time they are working. Like 14 hours a day) ・They do morning pray at 9 AM in every day at the office. Reading out loud Corporate philosophy. (I do believe the Corporate philosophy is a good thing to remember. They just acting like it is more important than humans life. It really scares me even now. It feels like I am in North Korea.) ・Boring environment. ・You will be aways told politely that this is a Japanese company and do not speak other languages during work that colleagues don`t understand. Because they cannot distinguish you are talking about work or other things. (I think they can only speak Japanese).
