OK company - Senior System Engineer SENER Employee Review

Many: Canadian branch but Spanish culture No growth factor - Definitely not a company to have a long term career in. No bonus No proper reporting structure. No local HR admin in Toronto office, office admins control and manager HR responsibilities Internally there are too many conflicts which are not resolved by management rather than HR. Decisions are biased Pay is OK Depending on the project assigned, one may find themselves with uncooperative, obnoxious clients. Small office, more new grads being hired than experienced resources, and team leads function on personal bias to drive project decisions
