- Too many people changes and structure changes within a year - Limited opportunities for employees to advance their career - Tech teams are relatively junior and lack of the right mindset and passion to learn new skills - The company is still in the midst of integrating both the JobStreet and jobsDB brands in Asia. Two brands were originally competitors and people who worked in there for long still have competing mindset, causing organisational silos and communication inefficiencies. - Inappropriate KPI or rewards were given to under-performing colleagues, which had unfortunately encouraged them to stick with their behaviour for job security
