Pros
-The leadership is genuine, caring, understanding and truly cares about their people, both as employees and as mothers/fathers/friends/siblings, etc. They want you to be successful in all aspects of your life and often make accommodations to make sure you can be successful. -The culture is unmatched. They constantly talk about culture and work-life balance and do everything in their power to make it true and not just lip service. -Everyone is nice and always willing to help coworkers or customers out without hesitation. -Flexibility with working from home for many roles, flexibility with scheduling -Leadership is always willing to listen to ideas and suggestions for any sort of improvement - employee satisfaction, time and money savings, a way to remove a pain point, etc.
Cons
-While I do feel fairly compensated, there is no transparency with pay bands on any of the job postings, which makes it hard to determine if it's something you would be able to go for (no idea if a job would start at $30k or $100k) -We are pretty far behind on technology, but we are finally hopping on the bandwagon and trying to get to where we need to be.
