-Flexible schedule and ability to work from home when needed
Cons
-Overpaid management who do nothing but tell other people what to do. -No one other than maybe VPs like or trust the CEO. -No employee incentives or recognition. -Employees are asked to do the work of 8 people -Company is always in a poor financial situation. Funding is constantly being pushed out. Can’t pay bills, can’t pay supplier past dues, and can’t pay for new parts. -Super high turnover rates and you can tell there is a mutual feeling of burnt out throughout the company. -Management is always changing direction and cannot decide on what is priority. -Last minute decisions that are costly and not beneficial to the company.
