Pros
-Very talented and helpful colleagues -You get to work with modern BI solutions and are involved in every step of development -You climb the corporate ladder fairly quickly if you're willing to put in the work for it -Depending on the project, you may get the chance to work abroad (Spain/US mostly)
Cons
-A LOT of unpaid overtime -Managers are former developers who put in a huge amount of hours, so they expect the same from you and their leadership skills are anywhere from great to nonexistent since they lack the training for that role. -Most people working there see the place as a stepping stone for someplace better -Little variety in technologies used (this was changing by the time I left)
