From an organisation who used to be proud of it’s people, it’s sad to see how far the other way things have gone. People are now only seen as a number on a spreadsheet that needs to be as lean as possible. Culture eats strategy for breakfast. Such a shame the UK MD has almost single handedly eroded what fabulous culture was previously there.
