• Allowance given RM2,000 per month • Assistant Manager (Engineer) can assist you if you are serious to be Assistant Manager/Executive in Palm Oil Mill environment for you to adapt quickly (but you will transfer to Cadet Engineer, another year to pursue the position) • You get exposed to manufacturing environment and get along with the management and good workers • A lot of activities (within the Mill and Estate) so you can get to know each other • Provide the motorcycle especially to Executives and free gas/petrol • Learn about how the Mill works and learn your soft skills in front of workers, get the opportunity to share incident happened across the Malaysia so you can learn the mistakes

• Very tiring and you must standby, together with Engineers if something happened within the Mill. Also, you need to be there at late night if the production is stopped and supervise the maintenance too • Sometimes, you need to work overtime (no overtime pay) to impress your colleague/management so you get letter of recommendation • You need to be active and energize during your training cause anything can happen inside the Mill, you need to aware • Be prepare the night before audit especially you will work overtime, mentally and physically prepared
