Is this your company?

Best work environment I've ever experienced. A lot of upper mobility. Performance based. - Account Manager SD Events & Promotions Employee Review

Pros

Great team oriented environment as well as competitive. Very diverse and multi-cultural office. If you're looking to be challenged and grow personally and professionally this is for you. Pay is great!

Cons

This isn't for the lazy people who just want to collect a paycheck and get by. Hours are longer than a regular 9-5, but in order to achieve things most people will never get, you have to be willing to do what most people won't.

Pros

Learning amazing skill sets, and growing personally and professionally. Learning things I can't learn in college

Cons

Not really a con, but you work 45-50 hours a week.

Pros

Working with this company was both the most challenging and most rewarding thing I've ever done in my entire life. Their management training program that they offer definitely developed me into the business owner that I am today. The reviews on this company and others like SD Events are likely from people who left the business because they weren't tough enough to make it through the program. When things get gritty and difficult people tend to quit things and look for others to throw blame at versus taking accountability. I'll admit, I had plenty of days I wanted to quit, but because I stuck it out through a year of their training program, I know run my own successful business and use everything I learned from my mentors there on a day to day basis.

Cons

Long hours, when they say you have to pour yourself into it, they mean it. Salary after paid training. For me wasn't really a con because I came from the service industry and was used to working my a** off to make money. The idea of commission excited me, it's really up to the perspective of the future employee... do you want to create your own wealth and have someone determine it for you. Most people choose the latter.
