      Pros

      The ESOP is great, the people are very kind and it is a good energy to work in. You don't have the corporate oversight here - it feels very ma and pa, without being ma and pa.

      Cons

      Doesn't seem like a whole lot of growth if you are not an engineer- which, I get!

      Pros

      Staff is super nice and friendly, lots of field visits, and learning opportunities. As an intern, I never got bored and felt like I learned a lot about solid waste. Company has a lot of opportunities to grow as an engineer.

      Cons

      Feast and famine culture like any other consulting job but it compliments nicely with field work.
