Most folks are great people. There's always work which helps people stay busy.
Cons
Leaders are not engaged. Project managers are more focused on their work and are less likely to mentor young professionals. It's very hard to understand how to progress with your career. Folks often become pigeonholed and kept back from new opportunities which becomes the reason for missing out on promotion.
