Pros
Good office environment, nice leader, most people here are pretty nice. The company is growing over these years and get some very good projects. You can learn a lot within a short period. Generally, it is a good place to work.
Cons
Sometimes, there could be bad upper project management that affected employees. The pay system is a bit confusing due to the company type. The office prefers to hire local graduates, which could be a potential disadvantage in the long term.
